Bemis Packaging Unit (EG375), The Bemis packer model 7115XC4 a Bemis simplex master scale bulk weigh scales and the manuals depending on the material being packed the 7115XC4 will run 6 x 25kg pinch bottom gusseted pre glued paper bags per minute. bag dimensions are adjustable as is the time and intensity of the material settling vibrator at the base of the bag. , the bulk weigh scales are set for free flowing material to supply constant flow to maintain the packing rate, power requirements are 100psi air at 8cfm and 480vac 3 phase, connection to a dust collection system. controlling is linked so packer pauses if , bag not full, sealer down, bag pick up fault or placement issue last major service was done by Bemis factory tech prior to de-commissioning.
